The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of
Oct. 7th, 1932, was called to order by His Honor Mayor
Elmer J. Chesbro.

Absent Councilnen~ None.
J\10tion by Boock seconded by "Hentz that Ordinance No.
387 be passed after having been read and re-read by title, as
follows:
An Ordinance amending Sections 270, 272 and 274 of
Chapter I, Part III of the Municipal code of the City of Gil-
roy relative to revenue and taxation.
Vote, Ayes, Councilmen Easton,'i/entz,Eush, Boock, Milias;
Noes, Councilmen, None; Absent Councilman Hecl<:.
lVlatter of Hospital refund passed up for a future meeting.
