Owing to the absence of the Clerk Victor Oddie was selected
by the Council to act as Clerk pro-tern.
Motion by Wentz seconded by Heck Ordinance Number 389 was
passed after having been read and re-read by title as follows:
An Ordinance amending Section 310 of Article II, Chapter 11,
Part lllof the Municipal Code of the City of Gilroyby amending Sub-
division 28 a of Section 310relative to the license to be
charged for operating motor driven vehicles for the purpose
of transportating or distributing merchandise within the City
of Gilroy and repealing Sub-division 28 b of said section 310.
