and Geo. C. M1lias, Jr.; Absent Councilmen Geo Easton and S. D.
Heck.
By motion of Wentz seconded by Milias Ordinance Number 390
was passed and adopted after having been read by title as
follows:
An Ordinance regulating the construction, erection,
enlargement, raising, alteration, repair, removal, maintenance,
use and manner of construction of bui~4ings used for theatrical,
moving picture or operatic purposes; making the violation of
any of the provisions of this ordinance a misdemeanor and pre-
scribing punishment therefor; repealing all ordinances in con-
flict with this Ord1ance.
Vote, Ayes Councilmen J. H. Rush, Fred C. Boock, Geo. O.
Milias, Jr., Geo. A. Wentz; Noes, Councilmen, None; Absent
Councilmen Geo. Easton, S. D. Heck.
