The regular adjorned meeting of the Common Council was
oalled to order by His Honor Mayor Elmer J. Chesbro.
Present Councilmen Geo. Easton, J. H. Rush. Fred C. Boook,
Geo. A. Wentz, S. D. Heok, Geo. C. Milias, Jr.,
Motion by Boook, seoonded by Rush a~d oarried: That
wholesale sellers of 'beer be charged $ 150.00 per year, payable
~annuallY in advance.
Motion by Heck seconded by Mi1ias and oarried:- That retail
sellers of beer be charged $ lOO.OO per year, payable semi-
annually in advanoe.

Motion by Heck seoonded by Milias that Ordinanoe No. 391
be passed and adopted after having been read by title as follows:
An Ordinanoe amending sub-divisions 2, 3 and 4 of Seotion
106 and Section 107 of Artiole 11~ Chapter 1, Part 11 of the
MUnioipal Code of the City of Gilroy, relative to the duty of
the Heal~h Officer and regulating the insp~otion and sale of
Milk,'Cream and Meat in the City of Gilroy, and providing a
penalty for the violation of the same.
