'rhe regular monthly meeting of the Corrr,lon Council was

called to order by His Honor Mayor Elmer J. Chesbro.
Present Councilmen Geo. Zaston, S. D. Heck, Fred C.
Boock, Geo. A. Bentz, Geo. C. Milias, Jr.;
Absent Council-
man J. H. Rush.
The minutes of previous meetings were read and ordered
a})Jroved.
Renorts of City Officers were Dresented and ordered
placed on file.
Motion by I.Iil:i#ls seconded by Boock and carried: That
automobile tax be ordered returned to volunteer firemen
for one car only.
LTotion by Boock duly seconded and carriecL that refund on
unearned part of wholesale beer license be returned to
Brem Brothers and John Delerio.
Suggested by Councilman Geo. A. "\!entz that the statement

The Clerk was directed to Dublish notice of the meetings
of the Board for the equalization of taxes for Aug. 22nd,
AuES. 29th and ~\.lJ.g. 31st, 1933.

H. Tremaine be allowed a salary of
175.00 per month as
traffic officer.
The regular monthly bills were presenteu and by motion
