The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council ot

J. Chesbro.
Present Counoilmen Easton, Rush, Boock, Milias; Absent
Counoilmen Heek, Wentz.
Three bills were presented and by motion of Boook, seoonded
by ~aston and oarried were allowed and warrants ordered drawn.
MOtion by Boook, seconded by Milias and oarried:
That the
city Engineer be hereby instruoted to prepare plans and speoifi-
cations tor the re-surfaoing of Monterey street from Seoond
Street on the North to the City Limits pn the South.
