The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of Feb.
5th, 1934, was called to order by His Honor Mayor Elmer J.
Chesbro.
Present Councilmen F. C. Boock, S. D. Heck, Geo. A. Wentz,

Geo. C. Milias, Jr.; Absent Councilmen Geo. Easton, J. H. Rush.
The agreements with the State of California, Department of
Publia Works relative to the gasoline tax apportionment was
considered.

Motion by Councilman Geo. A. Wentz, seconded by Councilman
Fred C. Boock that the Mayor be hereby authorized to have a
resolution prepared relative to the gas tax agreements and that

he is hereby empowered to sign said agreements.
Motion by Geo. C. Milias, Jr., seconded by Geo. A.
Wentz and carried that bill of Raymond Vi. Fisher in the
amount of $ 60.00 for surveys, blue prints, etc. be al-
lowed and warrant ordered drawn.
