Gilroy, Calif., March 5th, 1934.
The regular monthly meeting of the Common Council was
called to order by His Honor Mayor Elmer J. Chesbro.
Present Councilmen Easton, Rush, Heck, Wentz, Milias; ab-
sent Councilman Boock.
The minutes of meetings of Feb. 5th and Feb. 19th, 1934,
were read and ordered approved.
Motion by Wentz seconded by Milias and carraiea: !hat
warrant in the amount of $ 2.50 be ordered drawn in favor of
the Elks Lodge as a refund on dance license.
Officers monthly reports were read and by motion of Wentz,
seconded by Easton and carried ordered accepted and placed on
file.
Motion by Milias seconded by Easton and carried: That the
Water Committee be given authority to expend to the amount
of $ 125.00toward improving the water condition at the Reser-
voir by the purchase of a pump, and if anything pappens to the
Golf Club that said pump reverts to the City.
Motion by Wentz seconded by Milias and carried:

proposition of furnishing a new Chlorinator by the Company
be accepted.

Rush seconded by Heck and carried were allowed and warrants

Silva be appointed a member of the Forestry Board.
