The regular adjourned meeting of the COmDilln Council of July
2nd, 1934, was called to order by His Honor Mayor Elmer J. Ches-
bro.
Present Councilmen F. C. Boock, J. H. Rush, S. D. Heck, George

Absent Councilmen

Motion by Councilman George A. Wentz seconded by Councilman J. H.

Rush and carried t42t we proceed to open bids for furnishing pipe.
The bids presented were as follows:

Motion by Councilman George A. Wentz, seconded by Councilman
Fred C. Boock that we accept the bid of the United States Pipe
and Foundry Company subject to the approval of the P. W. A. Board.
Motion by Councilman Fred C. Boock, seconded by Councilman George
A. Wentz and carried that bill of Frank Schmitt for running grader
be allowed and warrant ordered drawn.
Motion by Councilman S. D. Beck seconded by Councilman
J. H. Rush that Ordinance Number 406 be p'Jssedand adopted after
having been read by title as follows:-
An Ordinance iimending Sub-section (a) of Section 2 of

Ordinance No. 370 of the City of Gilroy, relative to the payment
of ' a license for dogs.
