The minutes of meeting of Jan. 7th, 1935 'were read and or-
.dered approved.
The Clerk was instructed to send out notices to the major oil
Gnd gasoline companys that proposals for furnishing the City of
Gilroy with gasoline for the corring year would be received up to
t
8 0 clock, p. m. of Monday, Feb. 18th, 1935.
Motion by Heck, seconded by Boock and carried that warrant
be ord~~ed drawn in favor of the United ~tates Pipe and Foun-
dry Co. for ;,~ 10,())22.28 for pipe furnished on P. W. A. pro-
ject. I
jhe water Collector presented a list of unpaid bills in the

"iater Fund 'which are not collectable and by motion of Milias
seconded by Boock and carried were ordered s ricken from the
Water Register. \1'

City purchase from Mrs. Y~bel Cox one steel cabinet for the sum
