The regular monthly meeting of the Common Oouncil was called

The minutes of April 1st and April 11th were read and ordered
appprovee.
Monthly reports of officers were read and ordered'placed on
file.
John Milias presented request to make cut for driveway in
sidewalk near Ninth street, and said petition was referred to

the street oo.~ttee with power to act.
Motion by George A. Wentz seconded by Fred O. Booek and carried
that $ 5,OO.OObe ordered transferred from the Water Fund to the
General Fund.
MOtion 'by Wentz seconded and carried: that the actiono'f
the Common Council for the payment to the Humane Society of $ 15.

per month for the disposing of dogs is h~e'by annuled and all
~r ~ concessions made to it are hereby rescinded.

Victoria Council, I. D.E.S. was granted the same permission
regarding processions, etc. that existed last year.
Resolution No. 5gwas presented and by motion of Boock,
seconded by Wentz was ordered approved and adopted as follows:
