The regular monthly meeting of the Common Council was called
to orller by His Honor Mayor l.~lmer J. Chesbro.

The minutes of meeting of July 1st were read and ordered ap-
proved.
The regular monthly reports of officers were read and by motion
of Wentz seconde6 by stuart were ordered accepted and palced on
file.
Complaints from residents of Hanna St. regarding the night
ball park were presented.
The originatmrs of the plan agreed to remedy matters and to
eventually reduce the number of nights per week.
Motion by Boock ~econded Ny Milias and carried:

of attendLng to the dog nuisance be referred to the Gommittee on
Health and Safety.
That some party be hired for one monthat 11 25.00:'-and :"i 1.00
for each dog captured
over 25.
