The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of Sept.

3rd, 1935, was called to order by His Honor Mayor Elmer J. Ches-
bro.
Present Councilmen Boock, Heck, Stewart, Rush, Wentz and
Milias.
Matter of street sweeper was again taken up.
Motion by
Stewart secondeC by Wentz and carried:
That the City buy the
Austin-western sweeplBr, w;-th the understanding~that Mr. Smith

have three weeks time to sell our old sweeper for not less t~an
