The re~~lar monthly meeting of the Common Council was called to order
by His Honor, Mayor Elmer J. Chesbro.

Present Councilmen: Fred C. Boock, H. J. Rush, S. D . Heck, George A.
\ .
Wentz, George C. Milias, Jr. Absent Councilman: Ben Stewart.
The minutes of meetings of November 4th and November 13th were read
and ordered approved.
'Monthly reports of City offices were presented and by motion of
Councilman George Wentz, seconded by Councilman S. D. Heck were ordered
accepted and placed on file.
Motion by Councilman Milias, seconded by Councilman Wentz that $15oo.a
be transferred from the Water Fund of 1934 to the General Fund and that
a warrant in the amount of $3000.00 be drawn on the General Fund and the
same applied as a paymnet on the Sloan note.
Motion by Rush, seconded by Milias and carried: That the CitYJ
Attorney be instructed to recover on all vacant lots upon which the city
taxes have not been paid.
The regular monthly bills were then presented and by motion of
Councilman Wentz, seconded by Councilman Heck, ordered allowed and warrants
drawn.
