Present Councilmen: Fred Boock, S. D. Heck, Ben Stewart ,.H. J. Rush, George Wentz, George C. Milias, Jr. Absent Council men: None. The minutes of Jan. 6th, 1936 were read and ordered approved. Motion by Wentz, seconded by Heck and carried that duplication in - Haun property assessment be ordered cancelled. The monthly reports were read and by motion by Wentz, seconded by Boock, were ordered filed. Motion by Heck, seconded by Milias, and carried, that the petition of Victoria Council, IDES for annual celebration be granted. Motion by Milias, duly seconded and carried that the four companies that bid for furnishing gasoline be al10ted as follows: The Standard, Feb. Ma~ch and April, 1936; Associated, May, June and July, 1936; Union, Au~~st, Sept, and October, 1936; and the Shell, November and December, 1936 and January 1937. Motion by Boock, seconded by Wentz and carried that Resolution No. 63 be passed and adopted as follows: Vote: AYES, Councilmen Fred C. Boock, Ben Stewart, George C. Milias, Jrt~ T. H. Rush, S. D. Heck, George A. Wentz. NOES: Councilmen, None. Absent: Councilmen, None. Motion by Rush ~econded by Heck and carried that grant of $90.00 be ,ade to the rOOF and Masonic Cemetery Association.
