The regular montn~y meeting of the Common Council was called to order

by His Honor, Mayor S. D. Heck.
Present:CQuncilmen Mason, George C . Milias, Jr., J. H. Rush, Ben
Stewart, Harry L. Wilkinson. Absent:Councilman Nat Heiner.
llilotion by Wilkinson, seconded by Milias that $32.50 be retnrned to
Victoria Council, No. 36, IDES account o~ ~icence paid at the time of the
Portuguese celebration.

The minutes of the month of June were read and approved.
~~tter of dog question was br8ught up. Motion by Wilkinson, seconded
by Rush that matter be taken up with I~s. Heilmann by Mayor S. D. Heck,
Reports of City offices were read and by motion of Milias, seconded
by Rush were ordered accepted and placed on file.
The regular monthly bills were then presented and by motion of Ben
Stewart, seconded by J. H. Rush, ordered allov'Jed and warrants drawn.
