The regular adjourned meeting of July 6th, 1936 was called to order
by His Honor, Mayor S. D. Heck.
Present Councilmen: Nat Heiner, George C. Milias, Jr., U. H. Rush,
Ben Stevvart, Harry L. Wilkinson. Absent Councilman: George M. Mason.
matter of building permit granted to George Renz on Ninth and Church
Streets taken up.
Motion by Milias, seconded by Heiner, that said building permit is
hereby revoked.
Motion by Milias, secontled by Heiner, that permit be branted Mayor
S. D. Heck to leave the State for a period of 30 days cOlmnencing July 16th,
1936.
Councilman George C. Milias, J"r. was designated as Acting Mayor during
the absence of Mayor Heck.
