Present Councilmen Nat Heiner, Geo. M. Mason, Geo C. Miliasm , ~r. J. H. Rush, Ben Stewart, Harry L. Wilkinson; Absent, Councilmen, None. Motion by Harry L. Wilkinson, n duly sec04ed and carried that the tax rate for 1936-1937 be placed at y 1.00 per H~ndred on assessed valuation amd be apportioned amomg the various ,j;it1!u Funds as fol..Lows:- Waterworks Imp. Bomd Fund of Sewage Imp Bond Fund of 1927, Municipal Fund of 1905. Martin was present and described matters relative to to the Armory amd the Assembly hall building. Motion by Geo. ~. Milias, Jr. seconded by Harl'y Wilkinson snd carried that a resolution be prepared calling for a special bond election for . 31, 000.00 to be used toward the erection of the soid proposed new building . Motion by Harry Wilkinson, seconded by Nat Heiner and car- ried: That the City Attorney~e instructed to draw up the above proposed resolution for the bond election.
