The Matter of a canopy at Angelo Mainero's store was discussed
but no action ViHS taken.
Matter of re-building Low Dan's apple dryer was taken up and
permission granted to use corrugated iron and concrete.

~~~~ by Councilman Harry L. Wilkinson, seconded by Councilman
Nat Heiner that the City enter into a contract with J. A. Raisch Co.
for resurfacing Old Gilroy street for the sum of $10,380.24 and that
the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract in behalf of the City,
the same to be attested by the City Clerk.
