A regular adjourned meeting of th~ City Council was called to order
by His Honor, Mayor S. D. Heck.
Those present were: George C. Milias, Jr., Ben Stewart, J. H. Rush,
George M. Mason. Absent: Nat Heiner and Harry L. \.ilkinson.
Motion b:.' George M. Mason, seconded by Ben Stewart that we proceed
. to open bids for the $31,000.00, Auditorium Bonds.
The following bids were presented:
1. Lawson, Levy and Williams
2. Brush, Slocume and Co.
3. Donnellan and Co.
4. Dean Witter and Co.
5. Bankamerica Company.
11otion by Rush, seconded by Mason that we check over the bids and
adjourn to Wednesday November 18, 1936 at 8:00 p.m.
