Motion by Councilman Rush,seconded by Councilman Heiner and carried that the Common Counc il ace ept the proposa 1 made by 1vlr. Hugh R.pomeroy in his letter addressed to the City Planning Com- mission,dated April 23,1937,and agree to perform,in behalf of the City PlanningComnission,the proposal set forth therein.
