A special meeting of the Common Council is called to order by
His Honor Mayor S.D.Heck.
Present Councilman George Milias,Jr.,J.H.Rush,Nat Heiner,H.L.
Wilkinson,George Mason.
Absent Councilman: None.
Motion by Councilman Wilkinson, seconded by Councilman Rush and
carried that Councilman Milias be granted thirty days leave of
absence from the state.
Mr.Sam Newton appears before the Council to protest the trim-
ming of trees in front of his home. No. action is taken.
Adjourned subject to
the call of the chair.
