The meeting of the Board for the equalization of taxes was called
to order by Eis Honor Mayor S.D.Heok.
Present Councilmen: George Mi11as,Jr. ,J.H.Rush,Nat Heiner,George
Mason.
Absent Councilmen: H.L.Wilkinson.
No complaints on assessments were made at this meeting of the
Board.
Motion by Councilman Heiner seconded.by Councilman Rush and

carried that we adjourn as a Board of Equali~ation and reconvene
as a Common Counoil in regular adjourned session.
A letter from the City of Morgan Hill asking permission to use
the city garba@e dump temporarily, is read. By unanimous consent
.
the privelege is granted.
A letter from the Builders Supply Company requesting removal
of poles from North Monterey Street near the City Limits,is read.
No action is taken.
