RESOLUTION NO.80 be agopted:

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and COYU.Yf:on Council
of the City of Gilnoy that the office of two
members of the Common Council, towit that of
Harrly L. Wilkinson and Ben stewart (deceased)
is hereby declared and deemed to be vacant.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed, approved
and adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Gilroy at an adjourned regular meeting held on
the \5+1:\ day of October, 1937.

Ordinance No.422 is passed and adopted by the following vote:

carried that state and County Precincts 1,2 and 3 be consolidated
to be &esignated as Precinct A-voting place Fire Eouse,Fifth
Street,and state and County Precincts 4 and 5 be consolidated to
be designated as Precinct B-voting place City Hall,East 6th st.,
and the following election officialSbe appointed,each to receive
five dollars per day for theirser~ices:

Dr.C.G.Donahue appears before the oouacil to discuss the
parking of cars and trucks in the alley from Fourth to Fifth
Street between 110nterey Street and Eigleberry Street.
