Minutes 1938/05/04 4B8 Gi1roy,Ca11fornia. May 4~1938. The regular monthly meeting of the Common Council is oalled to order by His HonQr Mayor S.D.Heck. Present Councilmen: George Milias,Jr. ,Jack Rogers,.J.H.Rush,George A.Martin,George Mason,Nat Heiner. Absent:Counc1lmen None. Minutes of meetings or April 4th,20th and May 2nd and 3rd,1938, are read and approved. Motion by Councilman Mason,seoonded by Councilman Martin and carried that the vote of the Generallronicipal election,May 2,1938, and the absent voters ballots for the same election be canvassed. Motion by Councilman Rush,seconded by Councilman Martin and carried that bills as presented be allowed and warrants ordered drawn on the Treasurer.
