The regular adjourned m~eting of the Common Counoil is called
to order by His Honor Mayor S.D.Heck.
Present:Counoilmen G~orge C.Milias,Jr.,.James Battersby,George
M.Mason,Nat Heiner.
Martin.
Absent:Councilmen Jaok Rogers,George A.
The Fire Department Committee reoommends that the Applica~ion
for BUilding Permit,NS No.19,petitioner C.J.Ramsdell,to construct
a Motel on the west side of North Monterey street between First
street and Welburn Avenue,be granted.
Motion by Councilman Heiner,seoanded by Counoilman Milias and
carried that the APplioation for Building Permit of C..J.Ramsdell
be granted upon approval of the permit by the City Attorney.
Applioation for Building Permit of George A.Doan is presented
.
and is OIUered returned for oorreotion.
Motion by Councilman Milias,seconded by Councilman Heiner and
oarried that the bill of Layne & Bowler Corporation for $1178.89
for the ohange-over of the pump at Monterey street and Martin
Lane be paid.
