A letter is read from Mr.E.M.Rea relative to a ditch through the
sewer farm property. Mr.Rea places the city's portion of the expense
of the ditch at $2500.00.

Motion by C06ncilman Heiner,seconded by Councilman Rogers and
carried that the Tax Rate for 1938-1939 be placed at $1.00 per
$100. on assessed valuation and be apportioned among the various
City Funds :
