The Clerk rereads the bids for the truok submitted Deoember 8,1938:
G.N.Broderson,$1385.60;Byers Bros.,$1405.00;Avis Chevrolet Co.,$1467.90;
J.H.Rush,$1532.77;Central Garage ,$1598.08; Irvin Hollister,$1783.38.
Motion by Counoilman Heiner,seoonded by Councilman Rogers and oarried
unanimously that the next low bid for the truok be aocepted.
The Clerk is instruoted to write to Mrs.Leola Brownell asking that
she present her oanoelled rent ohecks .
A communication is read from R.D.Thomson relative to a flood water
condition on his property on Leavesley Road. This matter is referred
to the City Engineer.
