This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is ca11ed
to order by His Honor Mayor S.D.Heck.
Present:Councilmen George C.Milias,Jr.,James Battersby.George M.
Mason,Nat Heiner. Absent:Councilmen Jaok Rogers ,George A.Martin.
Motion by Councilman Battersby,seconded by Councilman He~Der and
carr~.d unanimously that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized
to sign a new lease withteola Brownell for 47 acres of Sewer Farm
1.and,lease to be executedt9r(5) five years and to be in the t!am.e
torm as the last lease submitted,provid1ng she pays the $954.80 due
November 1,1938.
