This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by His Honor 1~yor S.D.Heck.
Present :Councilmen: George C.Milias, Jr., Jack Rogers, James Battersby,
George A.Martin,George M.Mason. Absent:Councilman: Nat Heiner.
An Easement from F.M.Shay and Cecilia M.Shay to the City of Gilroy
for re-rout ing the city pipe line fr om the dam to the reservoir is
presented.
RESOLUTION NO.l09 is presented and read.
Motion by Councilman Mason,seconded by Councilman Rogers that
Resolution No.l09 be adopted.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City
of Gilroy, that said City of Gilroy hereby accepts the conveyance
from CECILIA M. SHAY and F. M. SHAY, her husband, to the CITY OF
GILROY, a Municipal Corporation, hereto attached and consents to
the recordation thereofo

l4 guage steel pipe dipped in tar; 4 bids are opened and read:
Embleton-Schumacher-$429.00;Peerless Welding Company-$604.20;
Builders Supply Company-$372.86;Gordon E.Chappell-$367.50.
The bid ot Gordon E.Chappell is referred to the Water Committee
for action and recommendation.
