T~s being the time specified in a public advertisement for opening
of bids for a General Liability insurance policy for a. r~riod of
three years,three bids are presented and read.

l~orth Amer ica-G. B. Rodeck,Agent-$1?94. for three years-$598.per
annum;The Pacific Indemnity Company-Chesbro & Eustice,Agents-

Motion by Councilman Battersby,seconded by Councilman Mason and
carried that the General Liability insurance policy for the ensuing
three years be aVlarded to Chesbro and Eustice on their bid,through
the Pacific Indemnity Company,of <tI465.00 yer annmll,their bid being
the lowest bid.
Adjourned subject to the call
