This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by His Honor Mayor S.D. Heck.
Present:Councilmen:George C.Milias,Jr. ,George A.Martin,George M.
Mason,Nat Heiner. Absent: Councilmen: Jack Rogers,James Battersby.
The matter of placing the Auditorium Building back twenty-five
feet beyond the original plan line is disoussed.
Motion by Councilman Heiner,seconded by Councilman Hartin and
carried that the Auditorium Building be moved baok from the original
plan line a distance of twenty-five feet,the cost of all labor and
material to be $439.00; that 'the :cost. of lahorand material for,
additional sidewalk be :W225.00; that this change not effeot the
date 0 f contract complet ion or any of the other terms thereof.
The Water Committee is instructed to place all uncolleotible
water aocounts in the hands of a collection agency.
