This regular adjourned meeting of the COTill-aon Counc il is called to
order by His Honor Mayor George C.Milias,3r.
Present:Councilmen:George A.r~rtin,George M.Wason,Jack Rogers,
Nat Heiner. Absent: Councilmen: James Battersby,J.E.iientworth.
Motion by Councilman Hartin, seconded by Councilman Rogers and

carried that the $500.00 collected for concessions during the Gymk-
hana be donated to the Gilroy Gymkhana and Horse Show.
Councilman Rogers discusses the purchase of . radio telephone
equipment use of the police department. Councilman Rogers is in-
structed to obtain further data and report at the nest meeting of the
Council.
