This meeting of the Board of Equalization tor taxes convened at 7:30
P.M.
Present:Councilmen George A.Martin,Gearge M.Mason,J.H.Weniwor'h.
A communication 1s read from the Shell 011 Co.,Inc. requesting a
reconsideration of the assessments on their service station properties
at Monterey Street and Old Gilroy Street and Monterey and Fourth
streets.
It is unanimously agreed that the assessment,as made,remain un-
ohanged.
There being no further business to come betore this meeting the
committee adjourned.
