ORDINANCE NO.441 is presented and read.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RELATING TO RESTRICTED LIGHTING.
Motion by Councilman Martin, seconded by Councilman Stout that
ORDINANCE NO.441 be adopted.
Roll call on the motion: AYES:Councilmen George A.Martin,George
M.Mason,Nat Heiner,David
V.Stout.
NOES;Councilmen None
ABSENT:Councilmen James Battersby,.T.H.
Wentwo rth.
Mot ion by Counc ilman Stout, seconded by Counc ilman He iner and carried
that the Clerk be instructed to prepare a Form 42&, asking deferment
for Night Officer Ernest Barozzi, and forward same to Local Draft Board
No.113, Los Gatos,Oalifornia.
