This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by His Honor Mayor George C.Milias,.Tr.
Present:Councilmen George A.Martin,George M.l~son,Nat Heiner,David V.

Stout. Absent: Councilmen .Tames Battersby,J.H.Wentworth.
The Mayor announces that the purpose of the meeting is for further
discussion of the proposed gas and electric franchises for the Coast
Counties Gas & Electric Company.
The matter of rates paid by the city for gas alu electricity and
power is discussed.
The Mayor now declares this meeting to be in executive session.
