This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by His Honor Mayor George C.Milias,Jr.
Present: Councilmen George M.Mason,James Battersby,Nat Heiner,J.E.
Wentworth,David V.Stout. Absent: Councilmen George A.Martin.
The matter of the purchase of an automobile for use of city offic~,
ials and the Police Department is now discusse4. No. action is taken.
Councilman Heiner discusses an ordinance setting a license fee on
amusement devi ces.
The City Attorney is instructed to draw up an ordinance for amuse-
ment devices setting the license fee at $20.00 a machine per year
payable in advance and the machines to be licensed to be tha~ same
as those licensed by the United States Department of Internal Revenue.
