This regular adjourned meeting of the ComrJon. Council is called to
order by His Honor Iv1ayor George C.Mi11as.
Present Councilmen: George A.l,lartin,George M.Mason,Nat Heiner,
.J.H.~entworth. Absent:Councilruen David V.Stout,Henry .J.Schilling.
The resignation of Traffio Officer Ernest Barozzi,efrective
l~rch 1,1945, is presented and read.
Itot ion by Couno iIman Heiner, seconded by Councilman Mart in and
carried that the resig~tion of Traffic Officer Ernest Barozzi ,
as of March 1,1945 be accepted.
Applications for the position of Traffic Officer from James
sturla,Ray V.Brown and Carl Berta are now presented and read.
The Council now discusses the duties of the Traffic Officer
and it is unanimously decided that in addition to his duties as

The City Attorney now disousses the Comprehensive Liability insurance
policy of the 'Travellers Insurance Company stat ing tha t there is a
contradiction in tbe policy with reference to the premium. This matter
is referred to the City Attorney for correction.
