This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Counoil 1s called to
order by His Honor MayortGeorge C.Milias.
Present:Councilmen George A.Mart1ntGeorge M.Mason,Nat He1ner,J.H.
Wentworth. Absent: Councilmen David V.Stout,Henry .J.Schilling.
Councilman Martin reports on the investigation of an air compressor
offered in a bid by Byers Bros.
Motion by Counoilman Mart1n,seoonded by Counoilman Wentworth and
carried that the bid of Byers Bros. of $1,150.00,plus Sales Tax and

freight from San Francisco,California, for one-50 cubic foot Schramm
air compressor, as per bid contained a their letter dated April 25,
1945, be accepted, delivery to be made in thirty days.
