This regular adjourned meeting of the Cowaon Council is called to
order by His Honor Mayor George C.Milias.

Present: Councilmen George A.Martin,George M.l~son,Nat Heiner,J.H.
Wentworth. Absent: Councilmen David V.Stout,Henry J.Schilling.
~lotion 'By Councilman Martin, sec onded by Counc ilman He iner and carried
that the tax rate for 1945-1946 as set at the meeting of September 4,
1945, be rescinded.
Motion by Councilman Martin,seconded by Councilman Wentworth and

carried that the tax rate for the fiscal year 1945Q1946 be $1.00
per $100.00 of assessed valuation,divided as follows: General Fund-
$.5000; Library Fund-$.llOO; 1923 Bond Fund-$.0700; 1927 Bond Fund.-
$.1800; 1940 Bond Fund-$.0500; lviunicipal Auditorium Maintenance Fund-
$.0400; Water Well Construction Fund-$.0500.
