This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Counc il is called
to order by His Honor lIayor George C.liIilias.
Present: Counci lmen C;,eorge A.Martin ,George Ll.Hason,.T .II. HentvlOrth ,
Ray L.Stevens,.Tames B.Thomas. Absent:Councilrnan hat Heiner.
The Mayor announces that the purpose of this meeting is to
discuss the propo sed new li cense ordinance.
A group of approximately twenty-five local merchants and business-
men are present to hear the discussion.
The I.1ayor now reads the tentative license schedule calling upon
those present to join in the discussion.
After several adjustments are made in the tentative schedule it
unanimously agreed to give the tentative schedule and the changes
made a trial for one year.
Adjourned subject to the
call of the chair.
