This meeting soheduled to open bids for new water well
is not officially open due to lack of a quorum. The Mayor
instructs the Clerk to open bids for new water well. Two
bids are presented; B.S.Well Drilling Company and Western
Well Drilling Company Ltd.
The Mayor announces that a meeting to officially con-
sider the bids for new water well will be held at 11:30 A.M.,
Friday, September 19,1947.
