This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by His Honor George C. K11ias.
Present:. Councilmen, J. H. Wentworth, Ray L.' Stevens~ J..B. Thomas

Dale Daniels and George M. Mason. Absent: Councilman D. V. Stout.
The Mayor states that the purpose of the meeting is to discuss the
continuance of the hearing of City Iv~rshal, A. G. Goodrich.
Councilman Thomas made the following motion: In accordance with the

action taken by the Common Council on Friday, March 18, 1949 and
the understanding '.Ii th the at torney for Marsha 1 Goodrich, the
hearing heretofore set for this time, on the charges contained in
the J. H. Jmaeson Report, is hereby continued to April 4, 1949 at
10 o'cloak A. M., in the City Hall.
The motion is seconded by Councilman Stevens and carried by
unanimous vote of the Common Council.
Mooved by Councilman Stevens, second by Councilman Wentworth
and carried that Councilman Stout be granted two more weeks leave
o~ absence from the State.
Adjourned subject to the
call of the chair.
