Eotion by Councilman Daniels,seconded by Councilman Thomas and carried that the approval of an additional expenditure on the Forest Street resurfacing job be requested from the Division of Highways on the the proposal made by the Granite Construction Company; that the decis ion to accept the proposal be withheld until advioe is received from the Division 0 l' Highways. 1090 Heports of the City Officers are presented and read. It is unanimously agreed that the California State Automobile Association be granted permission to make a traffic survey for the establis hing a uniform system 0 f "STOP" streets, that the survey be made at no expense to the city and that the city will not be oblig- ated in any way to purchase signs from the association.
