This being the time specified in a legal advertisement calling for
bids for the drilling of a water well on the 47 aores of city sewer
farm land lying east of the Llagas Creek no action is taken due to
laok of quorum.

It is unanimously agreed by those present that bids for the
drilling of a water well on the 47 aore parcel of city sewer farm
land lying east of the Llagas Creek be opened Monday,March 3, 1952,
at 8 o'clook P.M. in the Counoil ohambers,City Hall,Gilrqy,California.
