This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by His Honor Mayor George C.Milias.
Present:Councilmen Carl W.Pate,George W.Vfuite. Absent:Councilmen
Courtland M.Rush,J.Hughes Kennedy,Charles Gallo,Jack W.Ronald.
Motion by Councilman Pate,seconded by Councilman White that due to
lack of a quorum that the hearing on the annexation of the First North-
ern Addition to the City or Gilroy be postponed to Tuesday,DOvember 18,
1952 at 8 o'clook P.M.,Counoil Chambers,City Hall,Gilroy,California.
