This regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to
order by the City Clerk in the absence of His Honor Mayor George C.
Mi1ias.
Present:Councilmen Carl W.Pata,Court1and M.Rush,J.Hughes Kennedy,
George W.White,Jack W.Ronald. Absent:Councilman Charles Gallo.
The City Clerk now calls for nominations for M~or-Pro-tem.
Motion by Councilman Ronald,seconded by Councilman Kennedy and carried
that Couhcilman Carl W.Pate be Mayor Pro-tam.
The City Attorney presents and read RESOLUTION NO.310.
Motion by Councilman Rush,seconded by Councilman Ronald that RESOLUTION
NO.310 be adopted.

DRAWING TERRITORY' WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF AND FORMING A PART OF GILROY
RURAL FIRE DISTRICT WHICH HAS BEf..."'1T ANFEXED TO THE CITY OF GILROY WHILE
A PART OF SAID DISTRICT.
Vote on the motion to adopot RESOLUTION NO.310:
AYES: Councilmen Pate,Rush,Kennedy,White Ronald
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilman Gallo.
Motion by Councilman Ronald,seconded by Councilman White and carried
that the Purchasing Agent -be autborized to purchase 2000 feet of 6 inch
cast iron pipe and required fittings.
The Mayor Pro-tem now declares this meeting adjourned.
