This adjourned meeting of the Common Council is called to order by
His Honor Mayor George M.Mason.
Present:Councilmen Carl W.Pate,Charles Gallo,J.Hughes Kennedy,
Courtland M.Rush,Kenneth L.Petersen,Segundo Sanchez.
The Mayor now calls for the reading of the letter of resignation
of Joseph Biafore submitting his resignation as a member of the
Gilroy Police Department.
Motion by Councilman Pate, seconded by Councilman Petersen and
carried that the resignation of Joseph Biafore from the Gilroy Police
Department as presented in his communication dated May 2,1956, be
accepted.
Motion by Councilman Pate, seconded by Councilman Rush and carried
that this meeting adjourn.
