This special meeting of the Common Council was called to
order by T-{is TIonor Sio; Sanchez.
Present: Councilmen Carl W. Pate, Courtland M. Rush, Char-
les Gallo, Wilford E. Jordan and Kenneth L. Petersen. Absent:
Councilman Everett C. Wentworth.
The I\1ayor states that this special meeting has been callecl
to fix a time for hearing on the rezonin~ of property belon~ino;
to Filice and Perrelli Canning Company.
The'City Clerk reads a resolution of the Planning Commission
recommending that the property belonging to Filice and Perrelli
Canning Company and described as all of Lot 13 and the most
Southerly 47.34 feet"of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Las Animas sub lot
1968
No. II and Las Animas Ranch Lot 39 in Rancho~Las Animas, now
locate!] in Zone "Ell District, be reclassified and placed in
Zone "D" District.
Resolution No. 500 is nresented and read:
Motion by Councilman Jordan second by Councilman Pate
that Resolution No. 500 be adopted.
