This Special Meeting of the City Council Is called to order by His
Honor Sig Sanchez.
Present: Council Members: Wilford E. Jordan, Kenneth L. Petersen, Char-
les F. Quartiroll, and Sig Sanchez.
Absent: Council Members: George T. Duffin, Norman B. Goodrich, and
Everett C. Wentworth.
The Mayor states that the purpose of this meeting Is to award the bid for
the Northeast Outfall Sanitary Sewer line.
A report Is read from City Engineer Hanna Jr., recommending that the
low bid from Granite Construction Company for Alternate No. c, Units 1,2 & 3 for
vitrified clay be awarded In the amount'of $142,025.81 for the Northeast Outfall
Sanitary Sewer line project.
Discussion is had.
Motion by Councilman Jordan second by Councilman Petersen and carried
that the low bid of Granite Construction Company for the Northeast Outfall Sani-
tary Sewer line be awarded for $l42,025.81 as recommended by the City Engineer
and subject to approval of the City Attorney.
Motion by Councilman Petersen second by Councilman Jordan and carried
that this meeting adjourn.
